Navigating anxiety, life changes, or grief can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, drawing upon a variety of techniques from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness to help you find balance and clarity.
My approach is warm, nurturing, and deeply relational. I continuously strive to create a space where my clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. At the same time, I believe growth happens when we challenge existing patterns and step beyond our comfort zones, so you can expect me to provide encouragement toward meaningful change.
Although therapy is serious work, I also believe in the power of humor to bring lightness and perspective to the process. Together, we’ll navigate the hard stuff with authenticity, curiosity, and maybe even a few laughs along the way.

It’s a genuine privilege to be a therapist and to walk alongside you through life’s most meaningful and challenging moments. My approach is deeply relational, grounded in warmth, authenticity, and a sense of humor that helps us stay human through hard things. I believe healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and when we feel truly seen and supported.
My goal is to create a supportive, trauma-informed environment rooted in allyship, justice, and liberation, where cultural humility and deep respect for your lived experience guide our work together. Whether you’re seeking an affirming space to explore gender identity and sexuality, support with stress, process complex emotions, navigate difficult relationships, or heal from complex trauma, your full self is welcome here. I would be honored to collaborate with you in uncovering your strengths, finding practical ways to overcome challenges, and nurturing a deeper sense of well-being.
I specialize in working with teens and young adults, blending evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with holistic approaches that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ identities, supporting each person as they explore their unique experiences and grow into their fullest selves.
