Navigating anxiety, life changes, or grief can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, drawing upon a variety of techniques from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness to help you find balance and clarity.

My approach is warm, nurturing, and deeply relational. I continuously strive to create a space where my clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. At the same time, I believe growth happens when we challenge existing patterns and step beyond our comfort zones, so you can expect me to provide encouragement toward meaningful change.

Although therapy is serious work, I also believe in the power of humor to bring lightness and perspective to the process. Together, we’ll navigate the hard stuff with authenticity, curiosity, and maybe even a few laughs along the way.

It’s a genuine privilege to be a therapist and to share in your journey through life's most challenging moments. I’m excited about the opportunity to work together as you navigate your path to healing and growth.

My goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment where we can explore your unique experiences and challenges. Whether you’re seeking an affirming space to explore gender identity and sexuality, an empathetic ear to process your emotions and experiences, or companionship as you navigate your most difficult moments, I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where diversity, inclusion, and queer allyship are central to our work.

As your therapist, I look forward to collaborating with you to blend holistic and evidence-based practices, crafting a well-rounded approach to healing that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Together, we can integrate holistic practices such as mindfulness, guided imagery, and expressive arts, alongside evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). We’ll work to uncover your strengths, develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. Whether you’re seeking to manage stress, improve your relationships, or navigate life transitions, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey.
